We conducted an assessment of the impact of USAID’s dismantling on environment and climate programs, synthesizing input from 250+ stakeholders. We built a pipeline of ~100 implementation-ready projects, about half led by local organizations, and helped mobilize $14M toward them.

About
The firm was founded by Monica Bansal and Hadas Kushnir, former senior leaders at USAID with extensive experience in global climate and environment policy and programming. Together, they bring complementary expertise spanning clean energy, sustainable cities, forestry, conservation, and environmental finance, bridging technical rigor with strategic insight to help partners translate ambition into action.
