About
One Earth Partners is an advisory firm advancing integrated solutions to the world’s environmental crises–climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. We work with philanthropies, governments, and implementing organizations to design strategies and programs that address root causes, strengthen institutions, and deliver measurable impact.
The firm was founded by Monica Bansal and Hadas Kushnir, former senior leaders at USAID with extensive experience in global climate and environment policy and programming. Together, they bring complementary expertise spanning clean energy, sustainable cities, forestry, conservation, and environmental finance, bridging technical rigor with strategic insight to help partners translate ambition into action.

An effort to sustain and accelerate global environmental progress at a moment of major transition in international development. The initiative identifies high-impact climate, conservation, and pollution efforts with robust public sector vetting, often led by local organizations, and connects them to funders.
